Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to these conditions.

1. Cost variation.

Quotations are based on the current cost of production and are subject to amendment by THE PLASTIC ART CO at any time after the acceptance of any order to meet fluctuations in such costs. Every effort will be made to prevent this. All quotations are subject to sight of job.

2. VAT.

All quotations, estimates, costs whether verbal, written or electronic, are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the current rate at time of invoice.

3. Expedited delivery.

Should expedited delivery be agreed and necessitates overtime or any other additional costs, an extra charge may be made.

4. Variation in quantities.

We will deliver quantities ordered plus a reasonable amount of overs and file copies where possible. Customers should ensure to supply sufficient quantities to facilitate this and also to cover spoilage during setup.

5. Claims.

Any claims for damage, delay, loss or partial loss must be made within 5 days of delivery.

6. Liability.

THE PLASTIC ART CO shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential loss to the customer arising from third party claims occasioned be errors in carrying out the work or by any delay in delivery.

7. Property.

Customers property and all property supplied to THE PLASTIC ART CO will be held at the customers risk. Every care will be taken to secure the best possible results but we will not accept responsibility for imperfect work caused by defects in, or unsuitability of such material.

8. Force majeure.

Every effort will be made to carry out the contract but its due performance is subject to cancellation or variation as THE PLASTIC ART CO find inability to secure labour, material or supplies or as a result of Any act of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Epidemic, Fire, Flood, Drought, Legislation or any other cause beyond the control of THE PLASTIC ART CO.

9. Accounts.

Accounts are payable within 30 days from date of invoice. There is a minimum invoice charge of £5.00 + VAT.

10. Title

Title to any goods will not pass to the purchases until cleared funds have been received by THE PLASTIC ART CO.
